People talk about work-life balance like it’s easy… but what happens when both your job and your personal life are in high demand?   I see this a lot with people who are leaders at work and caregivers at home. They’re responsible everywhere they go.  Sometimes balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about recognizing the season you're in and giving yourself some grace.  Self-care during this time is important.  Finding a safe space to decompress can assist in taking care of your needs.   Things like gardening, taking a walk or journaling can be ways to cope.
