Stress and Burnout

Stress and burnout can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself and the life you’re trying to manage. When the pressure doesn’t let up, even small tasks can start to feel heavy and unmanageable. In therapy, we work together to understand what’s driving your stress, set healthier boundaries, and rebuild a sense of balance and clarity so you can feel more grounded, present, and like yourself again.

Anxiety

Anxiety can make your mind feel stuck in overdrive, always scanning for what could go wrong and rarely getting a moment of real rest. It can show up as constant worry, tension in your body, trouble sleeping, or a feeling that you can’t fully relax, even when things are going “fine.” In therapy, we work together to understand your anxiety, develop practical tools to calm your nervous system, and help you feel more steady, confident, and in control of your life again.

Depression

Depression can drain your energy, motivation, and sense of hope, making even simple daily tasks feel heavy and exhausting. It can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, from others, and from the parts of life that once felt meaningful. In therapy, we work together to gently understand what you’re carrying, rebuild a sense of purpose and momentum, and help you move toward feeling more engaged, supported, and like yourself again.

Grief and Loss

Grief and loss can touch every part of your life, even long after others expect you to be “okay.” Whether you’re mourning the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, or a major life change, grief can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming. In therapy, you don’t have to carry this alone. We work together to honor what you’ve lost, make space for your emotions, and gently find ways to move forward while still holding what matters to you.

Trauma

Trauma can leave your nervous system feeling stuck in survival mode, even long after the event has passed. You might notice heightened anxiety, emotional numbness, difficulty trusting others, or feeling constantly on edge. In therapy, we work at your pace to create a sense of safety, gently process what you’ve been through, and help your body and mind learn that it’s okay to rest, connect, and move forward again.
